The bookbag was broken within days of use. I informed the seller, they asked for pictures. I sent pictures. I was then asked what did I put in the bookbag?? Can you imagineā¦ I didnāt put anything in there heavy enough for it to completely break apart. This has actually NEVER happened with anything Iāve ever purchased in my life. Quite shocking. After I told the seller what was in the backpack, hoping for a resolution. I heard nothing else. Iāve since purchased a bookbag on Amazon and I have no complaints! Donāt buy, they donāt care or stand by their product and the customer will give them money for no reason. Terrible experience.
